sales and marketing for community developers and builders for
a quarter of a century. That expertise and experience has been

Custom Connection
Our
Preferred Custom Builders will not always have properties listed
with us. Potential homebuyers contact us through our website,
major advertising and promotion, and word of mouth. Some have
a building site and need a builder, others have a dream plan
in mind and no builder or building site. We put these custom
homebuyers together with the appropriate Preferred Builder and
Preferred Architect (those who meet our high standards of quality,
craftsmanship, and responsibility).
Marketing
and Promotion
King
New Home Sales and Marketing creates a marketing
program for your specific product that will demonstrate its
value, quality and uniqueness. Signage and display ads will
promote your homes, not our Company.
Contacts
by potential buyers and Realtors from sources including the Internet,
advertising, promotions and sign calls on speculative listings
are directed immediately to a specialist with specific knowledge
of the subject property. Depending on the stage of construction,
potential buyers are met at the site, our office or the client's
home.
We
expect homes to be sold before completion - if we are involved
from the beginning and allowed to provide input into product and
pricing. Homes completed or nearing completion are provided
with an onsite professional presence on each weekend until they
are sold- Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Market Research
We
provide detailed market analysis and feasibility studies to ensure
that our major community builders design the right product for
each location in order to produce the highest return. We utilize
the same knowledge and resources for our custom builders. Builders,
Developers, Construction Lenders & Lending Institutions depend
on King New Home Sales and Marketing.
If
your homes are complete or under construction when we become involved,
we will provide a site-specific study to determine where you are
in the market place, and we will make appropriate suggestions
for product enhancement.

Fees
Custom
builders will have the choice of having all of the services previously
mentioned for the amount they would normally pay to list their
property with a general real estate broker- or our services can
be provided for a lesser fee if the builder wishes to be in charge
of and responsible for his own marketing expenses.
