Broker Relations

King will create and maintain an aggressive broker-contact program that will attract and keep the co-op professionals' attention. We will train the on-site staff to maintain the program and we will monitor their efforts.

At the same time, King will strive to significantly increase the percentage of on-site sales with recommendations for: cost effective, targeted advertising designed to bring buyers directly to the site; for solid product and merchandising to enhance buyer interest, and with on-site sales agents prepared professionally to close sales.
