King New Home Sales' Preferred Custom Builders are a select group of experienced professionals that adhere to the highest standards of quality craftsmanship, fairness, and responsibility. There are a number of scenarios in finding the right builder, home site and architect. Some of our Preferred Builders build both custom and semi-custom homes and may have plans and home sites that meet the needs of the custom homebuyer. Other Preferred Builders build only custom homes and can work with your architect or theirs. Our Preferred Architects hold to the same high standards as our Preferred Builders. If the selected builder does not have the appropriate site, then King will find the home site that's right for you from our own inventory of listed properties or from a network of sources across the Front Range.

Building a custom home can be an arduous endeavor or it can be an exciting and fulfilling accomplishment. King matches clients to custom builders and architects based on a number of factors including: style, budget, personalities, and rapport. We will provide liaison between all parties throughout the design and building process to ensure that your new home fulfills your every expectation.
